When my son mess up with them they took it out on me when I had nothing to do with it what make it so bad I bought things off of them paid faithfully but they turn on me because of someone else actions after that I never went back
ordered bedroom suit from these people 3 months ago I still have not received a phone call saying my order has come in. I have however called them several times and they keep telling me that Ashley has not sent the merchandise but it is on their inventory list they do not check back with me they do not call me from time to time telling me they're still waiting on this they just wait for me to call them. Guess its never coming... very poor service in the store, very poor service.
