People are nice enough and often help with problems but and phone bills BUT YOU MUST HAVE BILL WITH YOU WHEN YOU GO IN THERE . there are some kind employees there too but they WONT offer incentives so folks like me can get a cell phone WITHOUT HAVING TO GET SOMETHING ELSE .
Customer service was excellent. Sales person was very patient and explained all the phones features and how it works. We felt very satisfied when we left.
I have always preferred to deal with the local team! Austin and Andrew are awesome! They are so knowledgable and make sure the staff is able to help customers with exactly what they need and what works best for each one. You may have to wait a little while but it sure beats being on hold for ten minutes and trying to speak to a NON-ENGLISH speaking representative over the phone.
Waited 45 min to even talk to someone while there were two employees milling about. Corporate loyalty (the 'dont cancel your service' people), asked them very nicely to accommodate me. They had sold me a phone that melted a charger and almost caught my car on fire. All I wanted was to be done with that phone and it had taken over 29 days to resolve this issue. These people were 0 help!
