Very professional with decent prices
I have bought 4 tires on two separate occasions, at Waugh Auto Parts. The tires I was sold, were exceptionally nice, for used tires. They had the exact size I wanted, in very good brand names, all for an extremely fair price. I was allowed to look at a vast selection of tires and pick the pair I liked most. They did this for me, on both visits. I really liked that. The tires I bought are still in use today. I have had ZERO problems from them. I DO recommend Waugh auto parts, often. I live in Gadsden and it is always worth the drive. Friendly, knowledgable, polite but no nonsense service. Those guys are always hard at work, so they get you in and out and on your way.
I called John, at Waugh Auto Parts, to buy a seat that was listed online. He went out on their lot to inspect the seat, then called me back to tell me that it was in bad shape and that he didn't recommend I buy it. Waugh Auto Parts has integrity. I absolutely recommend them.
I bought a window switch for my car, but was given the wrong one by the guy working the counter. the part I was given was for a different year car than mine, but fit into the terminal in my car. when I used the window buttons, it caused my dimmer switch to blow and a diode in my instrument panel to burn out. i ended up spending $400.00 to fix the problem caused by this part. when i took the part back and asked if there was anything they could do to help me on the bill i had for this, a guy named david told me that it could not be that part that caused the problem and he told me that i shouldn't have put the part in if it was the wrong part. i wouldn't have gotten the wrong part if they knew what they were doing. mechanic explained that it was due to the part that i bought from Waugh.
