Being in the customer service industry myself, I can be a bit critical of other sales and service representatives. I have to say that Derrick and the team at Superior were nothing less than "superior". My husband and I went in expecting to be wheeled and dealed like your typical car buying experience.... but no... derrick went above and beyond to make our transactions happen a smoothly as possible (while our 3 kids ran around like Tasmanian devils) with a smile on his face. They were all so down to earth and made us feel like we were part of their family. They have definitely gained customers for life with us. #superiorforlife

Service is terrible. My dad bought a car from them. At 9,000 miles a tire developed a large bubble on it. They refused to warranty it. He called Hyundai, they did nothing! Do not waste your time or money.
