The salespeople were pushy and lied to me to convince me to buy a car. They took away the keys to my car to make it difficult for me to leave. The experience was stressful and frustrating from beginning to end. I'll never buy another car from this dealership.
All I can comment on is the service area. The waiting area for service is super clean and comfortable. The staff are always willing to help. If parts have to be ordered, they will call and let you make and Apt. to bring your vehicle back. They offer shuttle service to the entire Anniston area.
