Now my salesman dont work there so I cant talk to him. The contract manager doesnt work there anymore either. I only have the finace manager that she is telling me what I HAVE to do. All the conditions of my past credit were discussed and everything was good to go. .
Not able to help get us in a truck.
So they wait 3 weeks before doing anything about notifing me. I contacted a laywer to talk with him about it. The finance manager was trying to get ugly with his Secretary over the phone. I was told to go talk with them to see my options. I got the truck on Saturday. I found out that they even know about it when GMAC called the dealership about what was going on the next week. They know about this for 2 more weeks and didnt contact me. The dealership had offered to take the truck back, but i probaly would have to pays fees to do that.
Though the sales staff was friendly, we did not receive the service we were promised. I took out vehicle in for a detail and to check tire balance. They kept the vehicle for 7 hours and the interior was not cleaned thoroughly. The vehicle had not been cleaned at the time we purchased it. We expected it to look like new and it was far from that.
So after things were actually talked about, not demanded, I traded my vehicle in. The General Manager was very easy to talk to and that was about the only good part of this whole evolution. There wasnt any sorrys or any thing from anyone other than the GM. Just a have a good day after having to miss work for their mistakes, not a how can we make it up to you, just by, have a good day.

I called back to the dealership. I was told it could take 21 business days to process it but they were going to expedite it the following week on Monday, which should have been done from the get go considering. I got the truck in September and here we are in the middle of November and it is just now getting finished. So I have more dings on my credit. Thank you for not truly caring about the customer.
and was told to bring the truck back or I needed to trade in my vehicle. Just a simple, yep I messed up was the apology, now this is what you HAVE to do. My contract said NOTHING about a trade nor was it even discussed. Some how the finance manager and the contract manager both missed that I was supposed to trade in my other vehicle after being up there 5 hrs at signing.
Reasonable prices and good customer service
So fast foward another week. I get a call from the bank asking me for a payment. I told them that it was traded the past week. I gave them the number to the finace manager to ask her why the trade payoff wasnt even called in about yet. I thought it was done because I didnt hear anything else about it from them. Now go foward another week and a half. The bank still hasnt recieved the payoff.
