These people have no concept of time. I'v been standing at the front desk for 45 min waiting to pay my bill and haven't even seen an employee. My first visit was a 3 hour wait from the time they had me scheduled. Be prepared to spend most of your day here.
This was my first time visit and my appt was at 730 I got out of there at 9pm... the wait is lengthy but got to consider that it was my 1st time going! The employees there are super nice and you can tell they are trying to give you the best quality of life!
Love the fact that it's a late night clinic. The employees there love there job and do there best to get the information that you need. The wait is rarely long, but when it is I understand that some people have more serious issues than what I'm there for.
