The N. Anniston Lowe's is by FAR the nicest Lowe's I've ever been too. It's super clean, well organized, and there's an extremely helpful staff.
Good place to go for deals on home improvement items. Be ready to help yourself, because the staffers are few and far between.
Let me start off by saying I'm a friendly approachable person myself... Horrible customer service. I just moved to the area about 3 months ago and this is the worst one I've ever been too. I don't know if it's the whole county or just this Lowe's. I'm currently adding a bath and have been in everyday for the last week. Sometimes twice a day. No one will even greet you. If they do say hello it's begrudgingly. I have carried out shower doors shower glass commodes vanities plywood and not once has anyone here offered to help load the cart or my truck. I complained to the head cashier while I rolled out a commode and vanity and still no offer to help. I'm a plumber by trade and in Lowe's daily for years. I've never had such an unfriendly, unhelpful bunch of employees, usually found in packs of 4 or 5 chatting somewhere hidden in the store. I gave one star only because they are close to home and have product I need. Step up your game Lowe's cause I'm giving my money to HD.
Have shopped here many times. Always neat and clean. Staff has always been helpful.
