Harbor Freight is a great place to purchase tools and other items that is needed on everyday job sites. I am here quite a few time a year getting tools that are hard to get locally. The employees are always friendly and courteous and most of the time very knowledgeable about where the messed tools are located in the store. It's kinda of a one stop shop for tools. Plus the tools have a life time warranty, you can't really beat that with a stick.
I feel that Harbor Freight is utilizing "false advertising". I purchase a lot there and receive coupons via email that I cannot use. The print is so small, the employees can't even read it! Also I find out I can't use my gift cards with a coupon (always thought a gift card was the same as cash). The whole system is confusing to the consumer. I'm extremely disappointed with the whole experience.As soon as I spend my $100 gift card, it will be awhile before I return.
