Warning! Do not use this clinic! They don't honor their return policy. I bought prescription food because my cat was throwing up. The day I went in when there was bad weather and they were busy so the computer was down and I didn't get receipt! The person waiting on me told me it was ok and I could still return the food for a refund. Later they refused the refund because I don't have proof of purchase even though I knew the date.
The staff is rude the doctors are worthless and they charge way more than any other clinic.
Thank you to everyone for everything you did for our Winchester. Although we lost him, we felt like you truly felt the loss of him as well. The amazing paw print you gave us when we picked him up, was so thoughtful. We will cherish it always. Thank you again.
Worst vet ever. If I could give negative starts I would. They wanted to put my kitten to sleep over an EAR infection. Very unprofessional in all meanings of the word.
I took my dog Tosha there they wanted to do a blood transfusion $1400 - $2000 by one blood draw, exam was pressing on her stomach for 2 min while she laid on the floor. I was told if I didn't have it done I might as well put her to sleep. But was told bring her back the next morning to check her blood levels.Over $400. I took her to a vet in Piedmont. He quickly found a mass on her spleen which he removed 2 nights in the hospital, surgery and the office visit $440. Toshagirl Has been fine. AMC is nothing but rude money hungry folk who preys on ppl emotions.
Way over-priced. Dr. Nelson said he does a full wellness exam and of course charges for it when he doesn't. He didn't even look in her ears and she actually had ear mites that could have been treated. Do not recommend.
