I do not recommend this place for a dog. It is infested with bed bugs, cockroaches, rats, and more. The living quarters are in a garage to the thrift store. It has no heat, the walls are only sheet metal. When it rains, water comes in. The floor is a complete concree/dirt slab. If you don't believe me, message me and I will show you proof. This place needs to be condemed. Please, if you or your loved one needs help, DO not choose this place. My son even got bed bugs in his ears it was so bad. Very inhumane living conditions.
