I rented from ERA King for almost 2 years and had a great experience from beginning to end. Like any home or dwelling, there were a couple issues that arose and with one email or phone call I had repairs completed in no time. I once had a crazy scenario where I got locked in my house! I know what you are thinking, but trust me it can happen! I called my property manager on a Saturday afternoon and she dropped everything she was doing to come and help me get out of my house! That was just one example of the outstanding service provided to me and my rental. I would recommend ERA to anyone looking to buy or rent a home. They are the best in the area!
I signed a lease with them for Northstar Apartment. Let me give you some advice....DO NOT RENT! The apartment was not cleaned when I moved in!! I have pics to prove it! Maintenence came in whenever they wanted, and actually turned my TV to ESPN, moved it toward the kitchen while working on my refrigerator!! Empty drink bottle was left on my counter.....nobody else had a key. I had to have my locks changed because of this nonsense!!!! Then when I moved it took nearly two months to get the deposit back. They took money out of my deposit for who knows why because nobody can tell me. I could list more but I feel this is enough to let you know RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!
We have experienced ERA King Property Management from both perspectives, first as a property owner as they have handled our rental home for the past three years, and we cannot say enough good things about our experience. They have taken all of the hassle out of the process, they screen all applicants, and have put very good tenants in our property, additionally they have handled all of our problems with the property, sending out competent and reasonable repair companies. Julie, Kim, and all of the staff in the property management department have been great to work with! Recently, I was helping a relative find a rental apartment and turned toe ERA King for help, once again I was very pleased with the experience. They recommended an apartment that fit the needs and was within the budget. I highly recommend ERA King if you own a rental property that you want managed, or if you are looking for a rental property.
