Rude staff, always busy talking and judging others instead of working or helping. Refuse to treat you as a person only a number, conversation is one sided and the birth control pill offered is dangerously in inadequate with hormones. They will hang up on you constantly and even take the sign in sheet so you are "late".
Case worker has never answered the phone or returned one call. Applications for services are pending for months for no reason. It is sad that this is how you treat the poorest of the poor who desperately need help. Shame on this health department.
Called for 10 mintes trying to get to environmental services option #3. Called back 3x for that option. Outgiing nessage said I was not dialing the right #??? And proceed to give out hearing impaired screeching tones. Called back, pressed 0: voice mail.. No operator. Called back, pressed one, someone answered and hung up on me. Called back option 2: answered and hung up on me. Very unprofessional. Sad for a facility of this size.
