This is a terrible dry cleaner. My cashmere sweater was not even cleaned. I got it dirtier than when I turned it in. My suit coat was so wrinkled that when I took it back to them to show it, they said I must have rolled it into a ball before returning it. I took it back 15 min after I picked it up. They are expensive and bad at their jobs, not to be recommended at all.

These idiots that work the counter are CLUELESS! I asked them where I can find a local tailor to get some buttons fixed and she said "I dont know where any tailors are". I can't believe how clueless they are. I also asked what kind of chemicals they use to dry clean and they said they had no idea. I asked if it was scented and they had no idea.
Not sure what chemicals they use to dry clean, but I got my blazer back smelling like it was soaked in fabreeze. I mean, i had to hang my blazer in the bathroom with a fan blowing on it for several days to reduce the odor. It still smells to this day! I even took it to get cleaned elsewhere and it still smells like that.
On several occasions, they have cracked and destroyed my buttons. Then they replace them with crap buttons.

Very polite and very happy with the cleaning services. Two jackets and a dress for $20.
They damaged a new shirt of mine and never paid for it. They eat all of you buttons.
Buttons:
I have quite a few synthetic material shirts. I think the people that work here CANNOT READ LABELS. I have 3 shirts done by them that are melted. Not melted through, but their press was waayyy to hot. Enough to cause my shirts to get a bit of a glaze where they are hemmed or folded over. Some of these shirts are not replacable as they were custom made.
My mistake is that I should have never gone back after their first snafoo.
Pants:
I've given these guys too many 2nd chances. They've messed up so many things of mine I'm not even sure where to begin.
I've given them some nice pants that were not only overheated and melted, but they were originally flat fronts as in not creased. I gave them specific instructions to NOT crease them. Guess what happened when I picked them up? the were creased. These guys are dumb.
I mean, seriously, hire some people that can at least read and have some clue as to how to clean clothes and get clothes tailored.
