We've had a great experience at every visit from my husbands hip problem to my sons sport injuries. In fact, they spotted my son's fractured leg when the ER missed it.
Mr. ARCHIE was great with my little guy! They are best friends after 3 broken bones casted. And the ladies that run the x-rays are fantastic! We use this office for all of our orthopedic needs.
I called yesterday to ask questions about my first appointment (which would've been today). The lady that answered was rude, cutting me off as I tried to ask questions. REMEMBER: Your patients ARE your customers. Without us, you won't get paid. I WILL BE GOING ELSEWHERE, if this is any indication of how I would be treated at this clinic.
Had to call repeatedly before someone answered the phone. When I finally spoke to someone Thursday morning about calling in a prescription she said she would leave a note. Called back Friday to be told by the answering service they are closed until Tuesday. 6 days of complete pain and unable to walk.
