When I called about my great grand parents grave plots. I got excellent service and an immediate call back.
My Mother passed in June 2016. Her birthday is in February and the marker for her grave is still not down. I called and the will not give any assurances about when they might have time to put it in place. Told me that they have my money and there's nothing that I can do about it.
My parents, grandparents, aunts, and uncles are buried here. The cemetery is in horrible condition with large areas where no grass is growing and the entire area looks uncared for. Damage has occurred to the flat marked made of brass where it has apparently been hit by lawnmower blades. I remember when this facility was much better cared for. I'm ashamed to have the remains of my family here.
Very shady sales people and bad service. The sales rep talked my mother into buying a vault she did not need, she already had one. They over charged her by a thousand dollars. Then when she passed away on July 30th they said she did not purchase a monument, which she had told me she did, but since I could not find her paperwork we had to buy another one. Yesterday I went by again to see if it was down yet, I was told Michelle did not file paperwork and it had never been ordered. Having to bury a loved one is hard enough without having to deal with incompetence! I would definitely look else where for a plot. We had the same issues with my Grandmother’s monument.
Fifteen months after they "lost" the original order, and after many calls and visits to the F L G office during the re-order process, today, I finally saw my mother's name plate installed on my parents headstone, MISSPELLED ! One star is my vote of "No Confidence."
I would give this place zero stars if that were an option.
