Excellent service from pickup at Amtrak Station to vehicle upgrade at the Enterprise office through return and ride back to Amtrak Station. Second year in a row to use Enterprise in Anniston and will use them again.

Enterprise told me me come 25 mins away to come get my car. I get there, I had the wrong amount one my debit card because they told me the wrong amount on the phone.so I had to go all the way to Walmart to reload my card. That's already 45 min of driving and going to Walmart twice. When I get back with correct anount 15 mins later. Enterprise tell me sorry we don't wave a car.smdh I didn't have to leave the house or go to Walmart or put money on my debt card or pay the guy to take me. How do they not have a car if they told me to pick one up? Just remind me people in this world is not to be trusted. And if I was the owner of this business I will be furious I would fire everyone in that particular Enterprise.......part 2... they told me to come back the next day when I get off at three. I get off and have someone carry me close to Enterprise again. They still don't have any cars after mentioning to tell me to come after work. They told me they don't have any cars because of the hurricane but kind it tell me that two days ago. I think this is the worst experience I ever had at a professional establishment ever in my life. One person is not going to be as cool as me and seriously hurt someone. This does not need to continue to go on. I rather someone slap me and then tell me all the lies and having Me jumping through hoops for nothing at all. No reason at all. I could have been relaxing because I worked very very hard but instead I'm running around the whole city for nothing. And I shouldn't have to email anyone who is the owner because all they have to do is call enterprise and Anniston AL and give them my name and he can get all the information he wants .
