Employees are very helpful. Food is delivered very quickly. Very well lit at night with plenty of parking. Convenient location and a play area for the children to enjoy.
Restaurant was very busy BUT the workers did an outstanding job of keeping activities flowing. My order was hot and correct. One young man that was wiping down the tables greeted me with a smile and thanked me for serving our wonderful nation, as I was in uniform. The young man was very respectful and I thanked him for speaking with me.
The service is okay but when i came back order a strewberry cream pie the guys charged me 1$ over and i ask him how much the pie a piece and he said he cant tell me and then he called somebody to check it and a second he says he 3.26 and i told him i gave you 5$ why u didnt gave the dollar back he didnt say anything...
We pulled up waiting on our order and after waiting for about 10 minutes we got our food, but no sauce for the nuggets. I got out and walked up to the door and waited on someone to walk by and see me instead of knocking on the door seeming impatient and rude. The girl that noticed me pointed for me to drive back around and wait in the line (which was now 5 or 6 cars long and would have taken 20-30 minutes at the rate it was going) and proceeded to roll her eyes and with an extremely annoyed look on her face, yelled at me from behind the counter “Go! You’re blocking my drive thru!” I would have rated this experience and the rude employee -10 stars but it wouldn’t let me. A super happy new year at McDonald’s from the girl who hates her job and everyone breathing. Oh, and our food is ALMOST as cold and terrible as her attitude.
