The staff is phenomenal. Yes, the lanes need updating, the oil should be applied more often... But you will not find any place friendly and willing to help your game..

The staff was very hateful. Staff was harassing everyone in the place about every little thing. Kids not allowed to stand up and watch the game. Was not allowed to have my drink down by the bowling area. Nobody allowed near the bowling area unless you were playing and had shoes on. That means nobody was allowed to sit and watch with your family. Very un-enjoyable experience and will not return.
This place is disgraceful. Every aspect of our trip was unpleasant. From the second we walked in the door we were greeted with industrial fans instead of air conditioning which of course made speaking to each other very difficult. We proceeded to pay the awful woman behind the counter $24 Plus for four games. The floors were sticky so that our shoes would not slide properly. We managed to make it through the first 2 games and decided to step outside to smoke. The woman from behind the counter immediately followed us outside to inform us that it was 11:00 pm and they were closing at 11. I asked for a refund and she say no but shed let us finish our games. Wht would you sell us 4 games if we only had time to play two...silly. so then every employee sat behind us watching/hurrying us to complete our game. The woman behind the counter even came and started with me as if to start an argument. We will NOT be going back to this establishment. The only bright spots in this place was the bartender who was very pleasant and the manager Roger who was very personable and kind.
The lanes are sub par. The machines chip and scratch up your ball. There is never oil on the lanes. Half the lanes don't work. The pin setters don't always work. The only reason I keep going there is because there isn't anywhere in the county to bowl. Someone please build a bowling alley!
